Night Time
As I crawl into my hammock, the cicadas and crickets begin their song. The stars light the sky as if it were a full moon. I hear a fluttering as a bird flies to its roost. A coyote howls to the absent moon while I ensure I won't fall out of the hammock. The dog scratches the dirt and curls up, and I do the same. Who says nature only has beauty during the day?
